When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Holywell Bay Golf Club and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.  

Online Booking

Once purchased, on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold and all tickets are non- refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred at the discretion of the management.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out. 

If you are member of the armed forces, emergency services,  a student or NHS staff, then you are entitled to a 20% discount on the usual price.  You are required to enter a valid ID number when purchasing these tickets and will be required to bring the corresponding ID card on arrival.  Any tickets purchased under these circumstances, which cannot be supported by the relevant ID, will not be approved and no refunds will be offered.   Please tick this box to approve these terms and conditions.
